Q: What is the shortest term I can rent a space for?

A: 3 months. Shorter term options may be avaliable, please contact us for more information 
 

Q: What is the longest term I can rent a space for?

A: We can offer a 1-year contract, with the option to extend every year.

Q: How do I get a space delivered?

A: We arrange all transportation requirements for our spaces and have a purpose-built trailer for our smaller units. A HIAB crane can be arranged for tricky locations.

Q: How much does delivery cost?

A: Delivery cost varies depending on location and site accessability, please get in touch for quote

Q: Are my contents insured?

A: You will need to get personal insurance for your own contents.

Q: Are pets allowed inside your tiny's?

A: Unfortunately our rental spaces are not suitable for pets.

Q: Do you offer Rent to Buy?

A: No we don't.

​

Q: How do I connect to power?

A 20M power lead is supplied with our rental spaces. This can be connected to a standard three-point pin power socket.

Q: Is a bond required?

A: Yes, the bond is 4 weeks' rent.

Q: Can I use your rental spaces as a commercial office or workspace?

A: Yes, our rental spaces are excellent for office spaces. A range of powerpoints have been  added to suit a wide range of purposes.

Q: Are your cabins insulated?

A: Yes, our cabins are fully insulated underfloor, wall and roof above convential levels. They also feature double-glazed joinery.
